Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 5–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect information.
